Explainer animations · silver-hero-engine

A library for the ideas that are hard to say in words.

Custom SVG + timeline motion, one concept each. Every animation is a standalone component — embed it in a README, a docs page, or a slide. Hover any animation to hold the current frame; all motion halts under prefers-reduced-motion.

A01

The revision loop

auto-play · explained

Each stage lights in turn, and the row beside it says — in plain words — what that stage does. The footer defines make and keep so the labels never have to be guessed.

A02

Make vs keep

auto-play loop

The two axes, side by side. Make is a straight line that arrives at a shipped thing. Keep is a closed loop that never stops raising the bar. Same energy, different shape.

A03

Meta-prompting recursion

timeline · 3 passes

A prompt scaffold runs through the model; the model refines the scaffold; the version ticks up and the slots fill in. The engine of the whole suite, in one loop.

A04 · the mindset

The operating loop

auto-play · 9 stations

All nine skills as one flywheel. The nine stations light in order across four arcs — frame, shape, make, keep — and the dashed edge shows step 9 feeding back into step 1. The whole suite, in one shape. See it read out on the operating loop page →

A05 · first principles

The physics of light

auto-play · canvas engine

Not a lighting effect — a real 2D light engine. The shadows are computed: every occluder's edges are projected away from the source to find exactly what the light can't reach. The source orbits, dimming with the square of distance; grow it from a point into a disc and the edges bloom into umbra and penumbra. The three laws it obeys read out beside it.

A06 · the internal engine

The map that keeps the shape

auto-play · 3 laws

The machinery the suite keeps under the hood, on a concrete job: writing a launch post. Every step of the work gets exactly one instruction block, the blocks come in the same order as the steps, and — the test that matters — add a step to the work and a matching block appears in the prompt, in the right place. The prompt mirrors the work, so the two can't drift apart.

Nine more, one per skill

Every meta-skill page carries its own signature micro-animation in this same grammar — a fan-out, an audit sweep, a compounding curve, a memory carry. Open any skill to see it.
